it just ain't right. the most dangerous thing about marijuana is the DEA.Check out the stories under today's headline that the US prison population is at an all-time high.

The drug war is the number one cause for the absurd level of imprisonment in this nation, and yet our drug use has not decreased in any category. The drug war is deeply unjust, ridiculously expensive, and an absolute failure. It's time to totally rethink our nation's drug policy and reduce the harm caused by drug abuse, not increase the harm of non-violent responsible adult drug use by imprisoning otherwise law-abiding citizens.
